
A steel frying pan,perfect for searing,frying,browning. A good steel pan is one which has been seasoned,Use a paper towel wipe interior with flavorless cooking oil and heat empty pan,after it gets hot turn heat off,wait for it to cool wipe of excess oil,repeat 2-3 times to get darker non stick protection. The steel pan is suitable with all types of heat sources including induction. Care of the pan- Heat the pan well before use. Once cooking is finished,do not leave food in the pan. To ensure that the frying pan keeps its properties and in order to avoid oxidation,wash the pan in hot water without soap,then wipe it dry with paper towel. Technical Feature- Blue steel is not painted or coated steel. It is simply a steel which has undergone a form of heat treatment which gives it its bluish color and which protects temporarily agains oxidation. Carbon Steel- is particularly suitable for the strong heat sources in use in professional kitchens and for intensive use.
